What Is a Preliminary Roost Assessment?

If you’re asking yourself, “Do I need a Preliminary Roost Assessment?”, the answer depends on the type of building work you have planned and whether your property or site could provide potential roosting features or habitats for bats. A Preliminary Roost Assessment (PRA) is the first stage of an ecological survey for bats.
