Arboricultural Reports and Impact Assessments in the West Midlands

Arboricultural surveys, reports and impact assessments in the West Midlands

ProHort Ltd provides arboricultural surveys, reports and impact assessments in the West Midlands, which are suitable for development projects.

Arboricultural Surveys

If you are based in the West Midlands and are looking for an arboricultural report for a development project, or an arboricultural survey, then ProHort Ltd can help you.

ProHort Ltd provides arboricultural surveys and reports that are compliant with British Standard 5837: 2012, ensuring they are suitable for planning applications. Arboricultural surveys assess the age, size, and health of any tree that has a diameter of over 75mm. Recommendations for any further treatments of the tree will then be issued based upon the survey, including whether the tree should be removed from the site or retained.

Impact Assessments

ProHort Ltd can also provide arboricultural impact assessments for any development projects within the West Midlands.

An Arboricultural Impact Assessment determines the effect of planned development on the trees that are currently in place on the site, highlighting any potential conflict between the two. The impact assessment will also consider any Tree Preservation Orders that have been applied and considers the weighting of the benefits and value of the trees on the site.

ProHort Ltd’s arboricultural consultants will prevent any potential issues from arising as the development progresses by delivering pragmatic solutions for any projects within the West Midlands area.
