ProHort Ltd provides tree surveys in Solihull, Birmingham along with a range of services to aid development projects.
What is a Tree Survey Report?
Tree surveys in Solihull are usually carried out for planning purposes. All of our tree surveys are conducted in line with the British Standard 5837:2012 and assess the age, size, health and life expectancy of a tree. However, the tree must have a diameter larger than 75mm. In addition to the above, suggestions will be made regarding any required treatment for the tree, including whether it should be retained or removed from the site.
When carrying out a tree survey within Birmingham, any Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) that are applied to the tree will also be identified. This is because, trees with a TPO require additional documentation and searches to be carried out. This is due to the stipulations that are applied to them. Please take a look at our Tree Preservation Orders page for more information.
ProHort’s arboricultural consultants work to avert any potential issues that may arise on a development site with any trees already in place and provide practical solutions for any existing problems.
If you have an insurance claim regarding a tree within Solihull or the wider Birmingham area, then having a tree survey carried out can assist you in this matter.
