ProHort Ltd provides tree surveys and tree survey reports in Wolverhampton. These surveys and reports are suitable for development projects and for insurance enquiries.
What does a Tree Survey involve?
A tree survey which is suitable for planning applications will be conducted in line with the British Standard 5837:2012 and will assess the age, size, health and life expectancy of any tree that has a diameter larger than 75mm. Further to this, suggestions will be made on any required treatment for the tree, including whether it should be retained or removed from the site.
When carrying out a tree survey within Wolverhampton, any Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) that are applied to the tree will also be identified. Trees with a TPO applied to them will require additional documentation and searches to be carried out, due to the stipulations that are applied to them. Take a look at our Tree Preservation Orders page for more information.
ProHort Ltd’s arboricultural consultants work to avert any potential issues that may arise on a development site with trees already in place in the Wolverhampton area and provide practical solutions for any existing problems.
If you have an insurance claim in regards to a tree within the Wolverhampton area, then a tree survey can also assist in this matter, assessing whether any development on the site will affect the surrounding landscape including its trees.
