We provide tree surveys in Wolverhampton, Birmingham, along with a range of services to ensure your development project runs smoothly.
What is a Tree Survey Report?
Tree surveys in Wolverhampton are usually conducted as part of a planning application. All of our tree surveys in Dudley and throughout the UK are carried out in line with the British Standard 5837:2012. The tree survey assesses the age, size, health and life expectancy of any tree with a diameter larger than 75mm. As part of this report ProHort will make recommendations on treatment that may be required for the tree. This will include whether it should be retained or removed from the site.
When carrying out a tree survey within the Birmingham area, any Tree Preservation Orders (TPO) that are issued to a tree will also be identified. Trees with a TPO require additional documentation and searches to be carried out. This is due to the stipulations that are applied to them. For more information, please take a look at our Tree Preservation Orders page.
Our arboricultural consultants are here to avert any potential issues that may arise on your development site.
If you are dealing with an insurance claim regarding any tree within Wolverhampton, Birmingham, then having a tree survey carried out can assist you in this matter.
