Our Soil Testing in Greater Manchester Packages
Core Package: ProHort can provide you with a kit, that allows you to take the soil sample and send it back to us. This sample will then be tested. Following this, you will be provided with a detailed breakdown of the soil’s chemical composition. This will be provided in line with the ISO9001 and ISO17025 standards.
Analytical Package: If you require more than just a chemical breakdown of the soil, the analytical package will also enable you to take your own soil sample and send it back to us. We will then test the soil and analyse the results in comparison to accepted levels or Waste Acceptance Criteria, offering any recommendations for required remediation.
Comprehensive Package: Our comprehensive package involves our consultants visiting your site in the Greater Manchester area to take the soil samples themselves. Whilst they are onsite the consultants will carry out a visual assessment in order to assess whether there any alternative factors that are contributing to the soil conditions. The soil analysis will then be carried out, with the resulting report providing you with an analysis of the results compared to accepted levels. This report will also include our consultants’ recommendations to mitigate any issues, including any issues resulting from alternative factors on site.
Planting & Soil Testing in Greater Manchester:
When planting on site it is also important to carry out soil testing and soil analysis. Particularly if the site has previously been used for industrial purposes. By combining a soil analysis report with a planting plan, the composition of the soil can be reflected in the planting scheme to ensure any plants on the site thrive.
